THE DISTILLERY
The different expressions of Prefiero Tequila are produced in one of the oldest tequila-producing distilleries in Mexico, with a 70-year legacy of small-batch, hand-crafted tequila. We selected this distillery not only for its history, but for its location. The proximity to the agave fields, spring water, and the surrounding fruit orchards give each expression its signature sweet taste.
TAPPING INTO THE HEART OF
MEXICO
The landmark Amatitan Ravine, flowing through the distillery’s grounds, has two naturally occurring springs lined with volcanic rocks that ensure the filtering and distillation will be completely natural and artisanal. The distillery is also surrounded by fruit orchards (mango, lemon, pumpkin, passion fruit, and guava), adding to the terroir and resulting flavors.
